English: Feel at home in the enchanting and central Munich West/ Schwanthaler Höhe. After more than 20 years in Berlin, I spontaneously felt very comfortable here - a colorful, trendy neighborhood with character: many small, owner-operated stores, cafés, bars and restaurants. Unagitated, charming and yet right in the middle of it all. Our beautiful and bright old building apartment is one street corner away from the hustle and bustle, so you can walk home from the last drink, but still have your peace and quiet. The accommodation The Gründerzeit old building apartment is located on the 1st floor and is flooded with sun and light. Perfect for solo travelers or a couple. In the spacious, quiet bedroom you will find a comfortable hotel bed (200x180cm), space for private things and clothes and for hot days a Dyson cooler, as well as a work corner with Eiermann table, W-Lan and external monitor. The open plan eat-in kitchen is perfectly equipped and the dining room crazy cozy with a couch and space at the table for up to 6 people and a small reading corner. From the dining room is the living room with another large couch, a projector for watching movies and a guest bed that pulls out to 2 mattresses. Access for guests The apartment will also be used privately and is equipped to a very high standard. Guests will have access to all rooms in the apartment, only one closet with private things will be locked. For our guests the apartment is top equipped and there is enough space for private things and clothes rack/shelves for clothes. TOP-LOCATION: Walking distance to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest), Bavariapark and main station as well as the traditional Augustiner brewery. Public transport in front of the door: Tram 18, 19, 20 // S 2, 3, 4, 7, 20 // U-Bahn U4, 5 and buses. By bike or MVV 10-15 min to Marienplatz, Schwabing, Glockenbachviertel and to the Isar-Auen. Unsere wunderschöne und helle Altbauwohnung liegt eine Strassenecke weiter vom Trubel, so dass man vom letzten Drink nach Hause laufen kann, aber dennoch seine Ruhe hat. Die Gründerzeit-Altbau-Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und ist sonnen- und lichtdurchflutet. Perfekt für Alleinreisende oder ein Paar. Im großzügigen, ruhigen Schlafzimmer findet Ihr ein gemütliches Hotel-Bett (200x180cm), Raum für private Dinge und Klamotten und für heiße Tage ein Dyson-Cooler. Die offene Wohnküche ist perfekt ausgestattet und das Esszimmer irre gemütlich mit einer Couch und Platz am Tisch für bis zu 6 Personen und einer kleinen Lese-Ecke. Vom Esszimmer geht das Wohnzimmer ab mit einer weiteren großen Couch, einem Beamer zum Filme schauen und einer Arbeitsecke mit Eiermann-Tisch, W-Lan und externem Monitor. Die Wohnung wird auch privat genutzt und ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Gäste haben zu allen Zimmern in der Wohnung Zugang, nur ein Schrank mit privaten Dingen wird verschlossen sein. Für unsere Gäste ist die Wohnung top-ausgestattet und es gibt genug Platz für private Sachen und Kleiderständer/ Regale für Klamotten. TOP-LAGE: Fussläufig zur Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest), Bavariapark und Hauptbahnhof sowie der traditionellen Augustiner-Brauerei. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel vor der Tür: Tram 18, 19, 20 // S 2, 3, 4, 7, 20 // U-Bahn U4, 5 und Busse. Mit dem Rad oder MVV 10-15 Min. zum Marienplatz, Schwabing, Glockenbachviertel und an die Isar-Auen. Autobahn Gamisch & Lindau, Messe und Flughafen direkte Anbindung.
