Deshalb können Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt in 25 Minuten erreicht werden. Der Pasinger Fernbahnhof kann schon in 5 Minuten erreicht werden. In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten, wie GEZ-Gebühren, Strom, Wasser, Heizung und Internet enthalten. Ein Waschservice für Bettwäsche und Handtücher wird optional angeboten. Dabei werden sowohl die Bettwäsche als auch die Handtücher wie in einem Hotel gestellt. Der nächste Waschsalon ist mit der Tram 1 Station entfernt.
